Bebe Brown
Registered Dietitian

Bebe is a Registered Dietician who is originally from the Valley. Bebe earned a BA from New York University in '91. Shortly after college, she decided to break from convention and moved to the British Virgin Islands. It was here that she had her start working with food and people when she took a job as a chef on private charter boats. It was during this time that she realized people could achieve a healthier lifestyle through proper nutrition. This realization led her to pursue a career in nutrition and after relocating back to the United States in 2000, she completed an internship in dietetics at the University of Alabama in Birmingham followed by a Masters in Health Education. While in Alabama she also spent a year completing a fellowship in nutrition at an adolescent clinic operated by the University.

Her husband's career brought Bebe to Uganda, Africa where she lived for 2 years. Bebe didn't rest on her laurels and volunteered her services teaching nutrition courses to college students in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda.

After having a daughter in 2006, Bebe and her husband decided to move back home to the Valley. Since relocating here, she has been working with Scottsdale Healthcare as an Outpatient Nutrition Educator for both adults and children. She also teaches at the hospital’s Spanish speaking diabetes clinic.

Pardeep Panesar DHom
Practitioner of the following modalities:
Homeopathy (Classical)/Shiatsu (Zen) Therapy
Yoga and Meditation/Bach Flower Essences/Reiki

Pardeep has been in alternative/complementary healing for over 10 years since moving to Scottsdale, Arizona. Her passion is Classical Homeopathy: a system of holistic medicine discovered by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann.

She graduated with her Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy at the School of Homeopathy, Devon, England followed by Clinical Training at The American Medical College of Homeopathy, Phoenix, Arizona. She also recently completed her Post Graduate Training in Homeopathy with Allen College in London, England.

Pardeep also has over 10 years experience teaching Yoga and meditation at numerous health clubs and studios on both East and West Coasts as well as with private clients. Zen Shiatsu is a very relaxing form of therapeutic touch that stimulates the body to heal while experiencing a flow of increased energy, Chi or Prana that exists in each human being. It is performed on the patient while they are fully clothed and without the use of oils.

Zen Shiatsu and Reiki are gentle touch techniques that access the body resulting in the release of deep- seated pain and emotions that subliminally affect our approach to life and relationships. This powerful but gentle healing modality releases these layers so that we can live fully, purposefully and in a wholesome and healthy way.

Pardeep has been married for 25 years, has two children and a delightful Bichon Frise dog. She has been living in the United States since 1989 when she emigrated from her home in England. In summer 2009, Pardeep returned to Scottsdale after a two year "break" in England to complete her post graduate studies.
